We rehabbed an 80 unit affordable property that included drywall replacement, retexturing and repainting the interior walls that house the air handlers. They performed excellent work for that project. Their crews were well organized. We did not receive any tenant complaints and the HUD rehab escrow inspector complimented the quality of work performed. TWD’s proposal was recently accepted to paint the exterior of this apartment complex.
TWD also painted a 126 unit apartment complex for our company a few years ago.

As a General Contractor before working for Sun City Grand – CAM TWD has successfully completed paint and drywall on many custom homes and large remodels for my company. Their quality of work is consistently high and at the same time maintaining schedules. I feel TWD’s success is due to consistent supervision and communication with their employees and the GC. As far as warranty work I have never had an issue with TWD refusing to come back. They are currently in the bidding process of repainting some of our building here in SCG. I would highly recommend using TWD in any paint or drywall projects large or small.

I will have to say after all the companies that I had come out to bid my entertainment center including, Jerry's Auto Video - Showcase Home Entertainment and 4 or 5 others it started to sound like I may or may not end up with the perfect look I was trying to achieve. After talking it over with you and your subcontractor I new I mad the best choice. Your determination and perfectionism speaks for itself. Your self along with TWD proved to me that there are still people that will not settle for anything but the best.
To complete this project in the time you quoted me (three weeks) would have been admirable. However completing this in less then three weeks with extremely perfect work, everything to the exact spec and better is incredible.

Just a note to thank you for doing a remarkable job on our cracked ceiling. The patch job is totally undetectable and after a couple of bad starts, the paint has covered well.
The problem was the light in the room is bad in the afternoon and your guys just couldn't see well enough to hit all the spots. Oscar came back and touched up the six or seven missed areas and it looks fantastic.
Your people were extremely courteous and careful to not make a mess or drip paint on the floor or walls. They were a good crew and should be complimented.

The Todd Whittaker Company has done the best paint job. It has out shown all the other contractors we have had over the years. Your work is neat and the clean up is great. All the men do a fine job but I would like to mention Jose and Joel. They both work so hard and take their job seriously. I must mention Lois because she has answered many of my questions with great patients.
