- Building Permits – Any costs for necessary building permits or inspections will be included in our estimate. TWD will submit to your local municipality and schedule all of the essential inspections, while keeping you in the loop of key dates and meetings.

- Homeowner’s Association (HOA) Documentation - TWD will supply any construction documents required by your community association.

- Construction Building Plans – TWD will draw blueprints to your specifications and needs. We will supply a copy for you to keep with your records as well.

- Construction Schedule - At TWD, we believe in partnering with our Customers. We will provide you with a copy of the construction schedule at the onset of your job and keep you informed on any necessary changes (ie. weather, etc), so that you are knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

- Warranty - As a licensed General Contractor, TWD honors the warranty guidelines set forth by the Registrar of Contractors. Additionally, any manufacturer’s warranties on materials will be extended to our Customers.
